Shibari Perth is an 18+ Venue, we are an alcohol and drug free.

Shibari Perth Pty Ltd at all times holds the right to postpone, cancel, refuse entry or remove person/s from a workshop, event, rope jam, without any given reason.

Any refunds warranted will be in accordance with Shibari Perth Pty Ltd’s refund policy.

Shibari Perths maximum liability is limited to a full refund of the workshop, event, rope jam. Shibari Perth accepts no additional liability for travel costs, hotel costs, or any other additional costs incurred. No refunds will be given if cancellations are made on the day of an event or workshop or rope jams. Any cancellations for our rope workshops will need to give 14 days notice, deposits for the workshops are non refundable, Shibari Classes and lesson 48 hours and rope jams 24 hours, exemptions can be made for medical reasons this will be a case by case basis. All tickets are non-transferable. Anyone entering a payment plan for any workshop or event agrees to pay the full amounts in the time frame allocated. Failure to do so will incur an admin fee of 4% with each billing cycle and the person/s will be subjected to all recovery cost.

Shibari Perth holds the right to prohibit the use of any outside products, equipment in workshops, or rope events, that are deemed to be in breach of their safety procedures. Only approved equipment, and products, shall be allowed. Anyone attending any of Shibari Perths workshops, events, rope jams, must be in a good state of health, not under the influence of drugs or alcohol, anyone showing flu or cold like symptoms, ranging from colds, coughs, sore throats, fevers, will be refused entry and will forfeit any refund. All attending Shibari Perths workshops, events, rope jams, discussions must understand that Shibari Perth will do everything in their ability to make the workshop, event, as safe as possible but we can’t be held responsible for other people’s actions or outside factors beyond our control. Shibari Perth will not be held responsible or liable for compensation considering the loss or damage to attendee’s person/al equipment. 

Shibari Perths Site may offer goods and services from third parties. We cannot guarantee the quality or accuracy of goods and services made available by third parties. We recommend following the manufacturers guidelines and instructions for use.

Privacy Policy

Shibari Perth Pty Ltd will comply with all applicable State and Federal laws and regulations surrounding privacy and confidentiality in the workplace. 

When attending The Shibari Perth studio you will be required to sign a liability waiver, provide ID and an 18+ status. This is to protect you and us. All liability waivers are updated annually and kept off site under lock and key. Many people want to keep their identities private, some people wish to stay anonymous so please be respectful of this especially when taking photos.
